Naturland (Naturlandia): family adventure in Andorra

Tobotronc, zip lines, horses and mountain biking in La Rabassa forest.

02 November 2026
Naturland, formerly Naturlandia: the 5.3 km Tobotronc, Airtrekk, activities for children, 2026-27 opening times and how to reach the Sant Julià de Lòria park.

A singular adventure park

Naturland, the park many people still know as Naturlandia, lies in the heart of La Rabassa forest, in the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria, surrounded by nature. It is divided into two separate areas: Cota 1600, an open space where the leisure activities are concentrated, and Cota 2000, which focuses on mountain sports and outdoor family outings.

Of everything on offer, the highlight is the Tobotronc. The name is curious, and the park bills it as the longest alpine slide in the world. It is a 5.3 km descent through the forest, from Cota 2000 to Cota 1600, on a two-seater sled whose speed you control yourself. The full trip, up and down, takes around 20 minutes. Riders must be at least 1.20 m tall; children up to 13 go with an adult and from 14 they can ride alone.

Another of the best-known activities is the Airtrekk, a treetop-style challenge: a wooden aerial circuit 13.5 metres up that you cross from one end to the other, secured with safety harnesses. It is rounded off by a 190-metre zip line that brings the circuit to its most exhilarating moment. If you are after even more speed, Forestline is a zip line through the trees, open to anyone over 1.20 m.

An outing for young and old

For a day out with young children, Naturland is a very sound choice. Children and adults both have their own space and can do activities together or separately.

Children can slide down the Tubing Kids, bounce on the trampolines, get around in pedal buggies or try the Airtrekkids mini zip line. They also have a children’s workshop area. Animal lovers will enjoy a pony ride at the equestrian centre at Cota 2000, where you can also go horse riding.

Slightly older children can try archery or take on the squirrel circuit and the Sklide.

Teenagers and adults will enjoy Enbosca’t, a forest challenge course, or on the family mountain bike and e-bike routes at the Naturland Bike Centre, which rents equipment and runs guided rides.

If you want to make the most of the day, the Aventura+ ticket includes the activities in the Aventura ticket, plus Forestline, Enbosca’t and an evening Tobotronc descent. Places are very limited and the park is reserved for these visitors until 9 pm.

Nature takes centre stage

The name Naturland is no accident: one of its greatest attractions is the setting itself. Its paths run through La Rabassa forest, and the park presents itself as a good place to see large native animals of the Pyrenees.

At Cota 2000 you will also find Conangle, a farm and educational space where little ones can get close to the animals and climb aboard the John Deere pedal tractor.

Another attraction is the Nature Classroom, a space designed to help the whole family get to know the forest and the creatures that live there. It is complemented by Secrets de Bosc, a circular guided route through La Rabassa forest, ideal for putting what you have learned into practice and enjoying the scenery. The Rabassa ticket, for Cota 2000 only, brings these options together, along with Enbosca’t and a one-day Bike Centre pass.

Where to eat

At Cota 1600 you have the 1600 restaurant-cafeteria, El Foc restaurant and quick options such as Sanobanano, Xiri Burguer and Racó Express. At Cota 2000 there is La Borda de Conangle, serving traditional mountain cooking, and La Cervesera, with a sunny terrace and grilled meats. Both areas have picnic spots if you would rather bring your own food.

An ideal outing at any time of year

Naturland opens in summer and winter, adapting its activities to each season. In summer, the highlights are the adventure activities, biking and horse riding. In winter, Cota 2000 offers a Nordic ski area, and the park makes a good complement to your ski days on our slopes. Check the status of the activities before you go, as they depend on the snow.

It is an excellent way to spend a day with the family and, if you stay in the area, you can also visit villages in the south such as Fontaneda, which you will find in our guide to Andorra’s picturesque villages. For more ideas, see things to do in Andorra.

If you are staying at Hotel Grau Roig, which features in the MICHELIN Guide, Naturland appears among the summer activities on the hotel’s website. After a day of adventure, you can relax in the spa and have dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants.

Opening times and access to Naturland

Opening times change with the season, so confirm exact dates before you go. These are from the 2026-27 schedule published by the park:

  • Summer (27 June to 6 September 2026): Cota 1600 and Cota 2000, daily from 10 am to 6 pm.
  • Winter (28 November 2026 to 4 April 2027): Cota 2000, daily from 9 am to 5 pm, subject to snow. Cota 1600, weekends, the December bank holiday and the Christmas and Easter holidays, from 10 am to 5 pm.
  • Spring and autumn: partial opening, with days and times varying by area.

You can get there by car along the La Rabassa road: Cota 1600 is 8 km from the centre of Sant Julià de Lòria and Cota 2000 is 16 km. If you do not have a car, the Quart Bus stops at both sectors. For any questions, the park’s phone number is (+376) 741 444.

Book your tickets in advance in high season, especially those with limited availability, so that you can plan the day at leisure, with your place secured in advance.
